Happier Thinking by Lana Grace Riva

I read a review on a fellow bloggers blog about this book, the author Lana Grace Riva reached out to me from a comment I left and offered to send me a copy, which was so kind. B01AAA7E-8AE1-423B-B006-2925AAF12F12

It’s a very small book, a sort of self help book.

Sometimes you don’t realise you need to read a book like this until you start it!

It focuses on how to train your brain into happier thinking, with lots of different ideas on how you could improve the way you think, and change the course of your thinking and mentality.

I really enjoyed reading it, in all honestly I think I am a pretty negative thinker, sometimes it’s just my default to head towards the negative thoughts instead of trying to focus on the positive.
This book though gave a lot of examples on how to change that, just easy simple everyday things that you can change, for example maybe writing down a few positive or good things that happen in your day to day, instead of dwelling on the negative. There were many other ways too, some that I’ve already tried to start doing.

  1. This is such a great little book! I’ve read it too and it really lifted my mood. I loved that everything was so simple and easy to understand. It’s a nice little companion for when you need that extra bit of positivity. Great review Lainy! ❤ xx
